Professional Home Eye Care at Your Doorstep
At Community Care Health Ltd (CCH), we provide a full range of professional home visiting optical services, combining the reassurance of free NHS-funded home eye tests for eligible patients with the warmth and flexibility of a small family-run independent provider.
Whether you are arranging care for yourself, a loved one, a care home resident or someone with complex needs, our aim is to make access to eye care simple, personal and stress-free.
Many of our patients qualify for a free NHS home eye test, which means there is no cost for the eye examination itself when eligibility criteria are met. This usually applies where the patient already qualifies for an NHS sight test and is unable to leave home unaccompanied because of physical or mental illness or disability, including residents in care homes.
We also offer private home eye examinations for patients who may not meet NHS criteria but still prefer the comfort and convenience of a home visit. At Community Care Health Ltd (CCH), we offer a wide range of professional home visiting optical services designed to support patients, families, carers and care homes.
